At Usagi Draws, we want you to love your wearable art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the garments remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
